WPA Historical Surveys of Pima County departments, ca. 1936-1936.

Summary: The WPA Survey Collection consists of survey forms completed by workers for selected Pima County departments in 1936. Forms provide a listing of the historical records held by the departments including titles, dates, volumes present, conditions of the documents, and a very brief description of the contents. Two additional folders present overviews of the various Pima County departments surveyed by the workers. In addition to Pima County public departments, brief surveys are present for the University of Arizona Library and the Arizona Pioneer Historical Society.
